BIOGRAPHY (EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS)

Dr. Francisca, N. Ogba currently serves as Lecturer I at the Department of Educational Foundations, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Nufu-Alike, Ikwo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria (AE-FUNAI). She obtained her Ph.D. in Educational Administration and Planning in 2012 from Eboyi State University. She was a principal lecturer with Ebonyi State College of Education from where she transferred her service to AE-FUNAI. Dr Ogba was a former HOD in the Department of Educational Foundations. In 2017, Dr Ogba went to Institute of Education, University of Lisbon, Portugal for Post-Doctoral Fellowship in E-learning. Dr Ogba’s research area includes Educational Management, Teaching and Learning, Educational Leadership, Educational Policy, Educational Curriculum, Inclusive Education and E-learning. Dr Ogba was an Editor Journal of Educational Research Ebonyi State College of Education and Pioneer of Journal of Women in Colleges of Education. Dr Ogba has published in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. Dr Ogba has 15 years of working experience in well-established academic institutions. Ogba has delivered expert lectures on topic related to her research areas on which was in a conference organized by women in collages of education where she severed as a lead paper presenter.
