BIOGRAPHY (EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS)

Dr. Onwudinjo currently serves as Lecturer 11 in the Department Educational Foundations, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State Nigeria. She obtained her Ph.D in Educational Management and planning from Imo State University Owerri in 2014, Onwudinjo’s research areas include  Parental mediation as a moderator of the relationship between violent media content exposure and aggressive behaviour of in-school adolescents (2019). Gender as a moderator of the association between exposure to violent media contents and aggressive behaviour in a sample of Nigerian in-school adolescents (2019). Influence of principals’ leadership styles and organizational climates on teachers’ moral at post primary schools in Anambra state as Dissertation. (2011-2014) Influence of educational foundations challenges on the transformational strategies in public higher education in South Eastern Nigeria (2018). Analyses of technological competencies of teachers for actualization of functional education in managing universal basic education (2017). Female access to tertiary education in Northern Nigeria: Challenges and the ways forwards (2010).  Etc.
