Dr. Rowland Chukwuemeka Uwakwe  currently serves as the Head of Department Educational Foundations, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu Alike, Ebonyi state, Nigeria. He obtained a PhD in Counselling Psychology from Nnamdi   Azikiwe University Awka in 2014. Dr. Rowland’s research interest include Teaching and learning pedagogies, Inclusive Education and Student Support Systems, Psychoeducation and Emotional intelligence. Dr. Rowland is a Counsellor Educator and has published articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. He participated at the Erasmus + staff mobility programme at the University of Kent, United Kingdom (2019).
