Ikechukwu Ogeze Ukeje is a Lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences. He has a background in Public Administration and for several years specialized in teaching undergraduate students. He has taught Project Planning and Implementation, Development Administration and Civil Service at Ebonyi State University (EBSU). He is currently teaching Public Administration and Research Methods. He has published widely in his research area of Public Sector delivery, Institutional Leadership and Public Policy. He is particularly interested in these issues within public sector administration, ethical governance and human resource management.  He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Management (Chartered).
