Obin Ogban joined the services of Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike (AE-FUNAI) in September, 2014 as Information officer with the Public Relations Unit of the University from 2014 to 2106, was redeployed to Mass Communication Department as a Technologist from July 2016 till date. He is a graduate of Cross River University of Technology Calabar with B.Sc in Mass Communication. He is an active member of the Association Communication Scholars and Professional (ACSPN). Before joining Alex Ekwueme Federal University, He had worked in other Universities, such as CRUTECH, FULAFIA. He also had media Practice experience in the area of broadcasting as an Independent programme producer for Radio and Television Stations, Public Relations as Research Assistant and media strategist, lobbyist, protocol, advertiser and content analyst with years of experience in these areas.  A graphic designer with diploma in desktop publishing from XEROX, with IT skills in Computer maintenance, software Installations, and general computer services. As a technologist, he has been involve in students practical trainings in all areas of Mass Communication field. He is a very active and versatile member of the National Association of Academic Technologists of the Alex  Ekwueme  Federal University, Ndufu-Alike  Branch.
