Biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)
Victor Chijioke Nwosumba is a lecturer in the Political Science Department of Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, lkwo, Ebonyi State. He obtained a Bachelor of Arts (B. A. Hons. 2nd class upper) degree in History from University of Jos and as well won the prestigious Tilley Gyado’s prize for the best project in the History Department in 1995. He later obtained M.Sc. and Ph.D degrees from Enugu State University of Science and Technology, Enugu in 1999 and 2012 respectively. He was a facilitator, researcher and later, a Head of Department of Political Science and Director of Sandwich programme in African Thinkers Community of Inquiry College of Education, Enugu between 2010 and 2013 before working as a lecturer and researcher in the Department of History/ International Relations, Ebonyi State University, Ebonyi State in 2014. He later joined AEFUNAI the same year (2014) and has remained a lecturer and researcher in the Department of Political Science since then. His background in History, International Relations and Political Science has positioned him strategically as a versatile scholar. He has interest in International Relations, Political Economy, Food Security, and Globalization. |
