Towards achieving the dream, the Vice-Chancellor divided the university into four sectors. He also appointed two members of the taskforce to manage each of the sectors.

Charging members of the taskforce to take the assignment seriously, the Vice-chancellor directed that henceforth fruit tress such as oil bean (ugba), cashew, guava, mango, cocoa and citrus plants of all kinds are to be planted at designated places. They are also to ensure the intensive care and management of the trees even as the university would provide all the necessary supports to ensure that their assignment was hitch-free.
