CALL CIRCULAR FOR THE 2019/2020(OCTOBER 1,2019 – SEPTEMBER 30, 2020) APPRAISAL EXERCISE
As you are aware, staff appraisal is an annual exercise whereby staff are appraised and recommended for confirmation of appointments, annual increment and promotion, as the case may be.
Following the ravaging COVID-19 pandemic and the attendant lockdown, the Management at it’s meeting held on Wednesday, May 27, 2020 decided that the 2019/2020 appraisal exercise should commence with appraisal and Confirmation of Appointment Forms made available on the University website.
The Management decision is to ensure that the present world situation does not affect staff annual appraisal exercise.
Consequently, ALL staff (Teaching, Non-Teaching and Junior personnel) are to download the form below, complete in duplicate and submit same in the Vice-Chancellor’s office or the Registrar’s office, as appropriate, on or before July 1, 2020 for further processing.
