biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)
Dr Ngozi T. Onuora currently serves as Lecturer 1 at the department of Languages and Linguistics, Alex Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. She obtained her Ph.D in African/Igbo Culture & Civilization from Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka, 2013 followed up with academic research works. She has published research articles in local and international journal outlets including Clarivat Analytic journal. Dr Ngozi is specialized in Education, Igbo Studies, Linguistics, African & Igbo Culture and Civilization. She was the Pioneer Acting Director of Igbo Centre, AE-FUNAI and organized 2019 Igbo Cultural Day Celebration which attracted hundreds of people within and outside the University community. Due to her interest in culture, she prayed to the University Senate members to map out a day for showcasing of African Cultural attires by the staff and students of AE-FUNAI for cultural sustainability which was approved to be worn every first Monday of every month by the Chairman of the Senate. She has 17years teaching experience. Dr Ngozi has delivered papers in local and international conferences based on her research interest. |
