Biography (Education/Professional Experience/Professional Accomplishments)
Anosike Francis Chidi is a lecturer in the Department of Agriculture, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike Ebonyi State Nigeria. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree (B.Sc) in Food Science and Technology from Michael Okpara University of Agriculture, Umudike and Master of Science degree (M.Sc) in Food Processing Technology from Federal University of Technology, Owerri. Anosike Francis specializes in Food Processing Technology, Food Product Development, Food Microbiology/Biotechnology and Food Chemistry/Nutrition. His research interests are in the area of processing of underutilized legumes and formulation of infant weaning foods. He is a member of the Nigerian Institute of Food Science and Technology (MNIFST) and has the desire to work in an enabling environment where he can learn and work with modern facilities. He has published in both local and international journals and has over three years experience in both teaching and research. He is very honest, reliable and hardworking and works comfortably with a team of researchers.
