biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)
DR Akonye, Enyioma Joseph currently serves as a lecturer II in the department of Political Science, Alex-Ekwueme Federal University, Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo-Eboyi State, Nigeria. He obtained his PhD in political Science, (Interl. Relations) from University of Nigeria Nsukka, in 2018. Dr. Akonye research areas include, political science, public administration and International relations. Dr. Akonye has a background studies in Political Science and Public Administration. He has specialized in teaching Political Science, international relations and Public Administration courses to undergraduate students of Part-time programme of Abia State University, Uturu. Presently, he’s teaching Political Science courses as a full-time lecturer to the undergraduate regular students of AE-FUNAI.
Dr Akonye has published in his research areas of Political Science, (intl. relations) and Public Administration, mainly in Journal, and text books. Dr. Akonye is a member of Nigeria Political Science Association (NPSA) and also a member of chartered Institute of Local Government and Public Administration of Nigeria (CILPAN). Dr. Akonye has presented seminar papers on topics related to his core research interests |
