BIOGRAPHY (EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE/PROFESSIONAL ACCOMPLISHMENTS)

Dr. Chidiebere K. Duru presently serves as a lecturer at the Department of Educational Foundations, Faculty of Education, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He obtained his M.Ed in Sociology of Education from the University Putra Malaysia in 2009. He obtained also his Ph.D in Social Psychology from the same University in 2015. Dr Duru research areas include antisocial personality in children, aggressive behaviour, domestic violence, and stress and academic achievement of students. Dr. Duru has published articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals.  Dr. Chidiebere K. Duru is specialized in the field of educational psychology, curriculum design and development and developmental studies. He has 5 years of working experience in well-established academic institutions. He teaches courses pertaining to the field of educational psychology, human learning, curriculum design and development to undergraduates. Apart from teaching, his other passion is research. To date he has been involved in research mainly in his area of interest. Dr Duru has delivered expert lectures on topics related to his core research interests.
