biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)

 Dr. Chukwudi Chidume has experience in the areas of Project Management, Monitoring and evaluation of changes in projects and programmes, Information and communication of reforms in governments, organizations and development issues, information dissemination and community level development and research, community mobilization, research and facilitation of meetings and insurgencies and terrorism studies.

 

He has vast and varied knowledge in the area of Solid Waste Management and socio-economic component of Environmental Impact Assessment (EIA).

 

He has handled both internal and external communication components in previous job engagements. These include organization of publicities and press releases, website content development, advocacy visits, seminars, workshops, focal group discussions in both rural and urban areas on thematic agricultural/governance areas, consultations and community participatory governance programmes in rural and urban areas, working with Non Governmental Organizations (NGOs) in the development of Information, Education and Communication (IEC) materials for Behaviour Change Communication (BCC) on service delivery issues, editing of newspaper, organization/community newsletters and publications.

 

He has published widely in both local and international academic journals.
