biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)
I, OKECHUKWU, GROUPSON-PAUL UC. Is a lecturer of International Relations/Conflict and Social Statistics in department of Political Science and Mass Communication of the faculty of Management and Social Sciences. I hold PhD in Political Science – International Relations/Conflict from the University of Ibadan, Nigeria. My research interests include: International Relations/Conflict studies, Genocide and Social Statistics, Public Policy, Interrelations and Administration/Democratization, Civil Society and Political Institutions and Politics of International economic Relations. I have experience in Peacekeeping, Arms Survey and Small Arms and Light Weapons Proliferation, Governance Assessment and Monitoring. I have participated in UN Peacekeeping Operation in Sierra Leone, 2003-2004. I have experience in training both public and private sector organizations in several areas of governance, Conflict Resolution, Conflict Management, Genocide Assessment and Early Warning Adherent, and social and Community development.
