biography (Education/professional experience/professional accomplishments)

Peter Offu is a lecturer in the Department of Political Science, Faculty of Management and Social Sciences. He has a background in Strategic Studies and International Relations and for several years specialized in teaching various courses in International Relations, Strategic Studies and Political Science including Theories of International Relations, Political Ideology, Peace and Conflict Resolution, Politics of International Economic Relations, Regionalism, International Organization, Africa International Relations, Terrorism and International Security inter alia. He has published in reputable journals, chaired and participated in a number of Local and International Scientific meetings/Conferences across Americas, Europe, SE Asia and Africa. He is a Justice of Peace, Special Marshal of the Nigerian Federal Road Safety Corps (RS 9.1) and Research Assistant, Presidential Committee on Small Arms and Light Weapons (Southeast Region).
