Dr Uwazie Iyke Uwazie currently serves as Associate Professor at the Department of Economics and Development Studies, Alex Ekwueme Federal University Ndufu-Alike, Ikwo, Ebonyi State, Nigeria. He obtained his Ph.D in Development Economics from Imo state University, Owerri in 2012. Dr Uwazie research areas include Development Economics, Quantitative Economics, Macroeconomics and Microeconomics. Dr Uwazie is an Associate Editor of a number of peer-reviewed journals and has published articles in prestigious peer-reviewed journals. He has been involved in two research works funded by TETFUND in Alvan Ikoku Federal College of Education, Owerri and Imo State University also in Owerri.

He has 17 years of working experience in well-established academic institutions. Dr Uwazie has delivered expert lectures on topics related to his core research interests.
