Professor Nwajiuba said the University has already keyed into the policy in the management of the institution’s business, adding that instead of spending scarce foreign exchange importing products that cannot even stand the taste of time, the idea of buying from local manufacturers who are readily available to provide maintenance and after sale services should be encouraged.  This according to him ‘would provide jobs for the teeming unemployed youths; increase the revenue base of government and ultimately improve the Nigerian economy.’

‘’God has given me the opportunity to grow the university and it is only through willing donors like you that we can achieve the dream of building a world class university’’, he noted

He appreciated the NEW WORLD DECORATION for their kind gesture and enjoined other local manufacturers to emulate the company by partnering with the University in any area.
